Worst service, I would not recommend Orient Product as the after sale service is horrible.
I bought an air cooler belonging to orient company from flipkart, before buying i studied many reviews and bought it, they told me to check the time of product delivery and tell me the otp, how do we check when the product arrives, is the product clean, does it turn on? Or let's see, I took the delivery after taking it, poured water in it and turned it on, we were looking to see if it takes more time to cool down, it was 1 hour, it was 2 hours, we watched it all night and it didn't get any cool, finally when I turned on my ceiling fan, it got cooler. It is getting colder than that, even after 2 days, there is no use, let's return it. When I opened Flipkart, it said that there is no return for electronics, only service. If I complain to Orient Company, they will take 24 hours to 48 hours, sir. Our executive will call and then tell him that they will come and check and if there is any problem, the telecaller said, I don't understand one thing. Please don't anyone buy such a useless product who is crying when he bought an Orient company cooler saying it is not good.
