Warranty & Replacement
At Power Guard Industries Private Limited, we strive to ensure that all our products are free from manufacturing defects. However, it is not feasible for us to guarantee that every product is in 100% working condition without physically inspecting it. In the event that a manufacturing defect is discovered in a product you have recently purchased from Power Guard Industries Private Limited, you may request a replacement.
Warranty Policy: Every brand-new Power Guard product purchased directly from our official sales channels is covered by warranty. The item can only be replaced once within the warranty period. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. If purchased from third-party websites or retailers, the product must be registered on our website within 7 days of receipt to qualify for warranty claims. If a product is deemed defective, Power Guard Industries Private Limited will replace it or its defective parts with a new or refurbished product.
Power Guard Industries Private Limited undertakes product replacement if:
- The product does not function or is defective due to improper materials or workmanship.
- The product arrived with missing parts or accessories.
- The product arrived damaged.
The following cases are not covered by Power Guard Industries Private Limited replacement:
- Expired warranty.
- Purchase from unauthorized sellers or channels.
- Minor flaws that do not affect the product's functionality or value.
- Faults resulting from improper use as outlined in the user manual (e.g., mechanical damage, incorrect operating voltage).
- Damage due to normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, abrasions), extreme temperature, humidity, accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or commercial use.
- Any modifications made to Power Guard Industries Private Limited products by you or a third party.
- Product loss or damage due to acts of nature or God (e.g., lightning strikes).
To request a replacement, customers should contact our customer service team via our website, email (Support@powerguardonline.com), or customer care number (18001201774). No other contact channels are permitted. Our customer service team will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision. Authorization does not guarantee an exchange. An exchange will be issued upon receipt of the returned package. All returned products must include all components, manuals, registration cards, and original undamaged packaging.
Damage Claims: To request damage product claims, customers should provide a single-shot video taken in one continuous sequence. In the video, ensure the shipping label and serial number are clearly visible at the time of unboxing. This video must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product.
For televisions, customers must wait for a Company-authorized technician for installation. All claims will be processed only after the technician submits a report. Ensure the box seal is not tampered with prior to installation. Please wait for the technician to arrive for installation, as TVs fall under the fragile category and require the expertise of an experienced technician.
