Refund Policy
Television: Unless the product received is damaged or incorrect, no refunds are applicable for televisions. Only replacements are available for damaged or manufacturing defective products. Customers must notify us of any damage or manufacturing defects within 24-48 hours of receiving the product.
Accessory:
Effective from 1st January 2021, refunds are not applicable for accessories unless the product received is damaged or incorrect. In such unlikely scenarios, you may request a replacement within 24-48 hours of receiving the item.
PROCESS FOR REPLACEMENT:
If your product qualifies for replacement, please email us at info@powerguardonline.com to request approval. Our support team will respond within 48 hours with instructions on where to ship the return. Please self-ship the product within 48 hours after your replacement request is approved. Ensure the product is returned to our warehouse within 72 hours of approval, including all accessories and original packaging.
Please pack the product securely when returning it. Power Guard Industries Private Limited is not liable for any damage that occurs during transit.
Once received, our warehouse team will inspect the returned product to verify everything is in order. Upon verification, your replacement will be processed. We typically complete all replacements within 48 hours of receiving the returned product.
REFUND POLICY:
A FULL REFUND of a product is permitted only under the following circumstances:
- If the product delivery exceeds the promised time frame (exceptions like natural disasters, logistics delays, customer unavailability, etc., are not eligible for refunds due to delays caused by banks, calamities, or national holidays).
- If the product is returned to the warehouse as undeliverable due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, or if multiple delivery attempts fail despite efforts by the courier company, the refund will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.
- If the product received is different from the order placed, customers must notify our customer service within 24 hours of receipt. Our Customer Service Team will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision.
Under no circumstances will a refund be processed if the product is found to be damaged by the consumer.
