I have ordered one Mini fridge 47L through snapmint and order was expected to reach on April 18th Saturday and I wanted till April 20th Monday. [Order id through snapmint: 58095168 : AWB Code : 307830292]
1.No responsibility to inform customer package will be late.
2. When I received package instead of powerguard Mini fridge 47L I received Powerguard Cooler Ice Max plus 75 .
3. When customer raised a complaint against this issue on April 21st I got a follow-up on April 24th , late follow-up.
4.since this issue is from your side you Have to take initiative and ask customer what can we do, should we cancel it?
5. Not satisfying customer needs .
6. A person calling from your side on April 24th and saying like there is only replacement . Not asking any suggestions or query directly you company will only decide what to do , what decision to take . Not taking customer request as priority [ i need immediate cancelation because its been 11 days making customers fool ].
7. I requested immediate cancelation of the product ,he told only replacement is there and talking so rude to customer.
Based on all these issue im moving forward legally with this matter and I have talked to consumer court and advocate regarding this issue and hence customer priority and customer needs are not satisfied a legal action against this company and a compensation amount of Rs 50,000 must be charged on fooling customer as customer side is clear and company made a mistake and cant ask what should we do next cancelation or replacement, as per my request cancelation was not availed and the person who contacted me itself Is not even replying after that so the case will be filled and I'll be moving on legally under [Consumer Protection Act 2019 which deals with unfair trade practices, defective goods, or deficient services, and Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), which addresses criminal cheating and dishonest inducement of property]. So If i wanted to take back this filed case I wanted a immediate cancelation of this product and take this cooler back.
