I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with both the product I recently purchased and the unacceptable level of customer service I’ve received since.

I purchased a Power Guard Air Cooler Max, and shockingly, it started leaking on the very first day of use . Leaking means little leak and all I can understand but this is not little . It clearly shows pump issue and the leakage is so bad . I immediately reported the issue to your customer care team, expecting a prompt and effective response. Unfortunately, the experience has been quite the opposite. I have EMIs on this and why should I pay the EMI if the product is defect , no efficient service team , and not only me what should the customer expect if they buy ur products

A delay in servicing is okay I can underatand but this is negligence .

Your team has shown a serious lack of responsibility — no technician has been arranged till now, and follow-ups have been completely ineffective. One representative told me I would receive three calls, but I only received one, and that too after I called them back. Is this what customer support looks like from one of the so-called top air cooler companies in the market? If so, it’s extremely disappointing. I’m beginning to question whether I’ve been scammed.

A product failing on the first day and then getting no proper support from the brand is simply unacceptable. I request that you take this matter seriously and resolve it immediately. I expect a technician to be assigned without further delay, or an appropriate replacement/return process to begin.
