THE FOLLOWING TERMS GOVERN THE SHIPPING OF GOODS TO YOU:
Any order placed on our website is processed within 2 working days of receiving the order confirmation, and is ordinarily delivered within 5 to 7 working days in India. Orders placed after 6 pm will be processed on the next working day.
ORDERS RECEIVED ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY WILL BEGIN PROCESSING THE FOLLOWING MONDAY
If you choose expedited shipping options, additional charges will apply, which must be paid by you. Expedited shipping orders are processed within 24 hours and are expected to be delivered within 2 days of processing. However, faster shipping does not guarantee quicker delivery times. Each order is shipped to a single destination address specified at the time of payment. To ship products to different addresses, please place separate orders. We offer cash on delivery option to customers, with payment due at the time of delivery.
Standard shipping is provided free of charge for most items. Some products may incur shipping costs based on their nature. Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable once an item has been shipped, and we cannot change the shipping address thereafter.
RETURN SHIPPING
All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, and Power Guard Industries Private Limited will not refund these charges.
All orders are delivered via reputable courier partners who provide a tracking ID for your order. You will receive this tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
- Bluedart Priority Service: Typically delivers within 1-3 working days to major cities, but may take 4-5 working days to smaller cities. Excludes weekends and holidays.
- Delhivery Priority Service: Generally delivers within 3-4 working days to major cities, but may take up to 7 working days for smaller cities and up to 10 days for remote areas. Excludes weekends and holidays.

Upon delivery, our agent will request you to sign a delivery form. Please sign only if the products are delivered in good condition, without obvious damage. Signing the delivery form indicates that the product was received without damage, and no exchanges or returns will be permitted for this reason thereafter.
